Return & Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?
Once order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product.


Just call us on +91- 85549 20056  or write a mail on custcare@autopartsa2z.com.We will cancel it and initiate your refund.


If we fail to dispatch the order within 72 working hours from the time of placing the order the subject order will be reconfirm with the buyer as per buyers desire or it could be cancelled.


What do I do if I receive wrong product?
If you receive a wrong product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form 24-36 hours of receipt of your order. We'll get back to you and arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.


What do I do if I receive a faulty product?
If you receive a faulty product, we request you to Contact Us within 24-36 hours of receipt of your order with the product image. We'll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we'll exchange it for you/refund the entire amount, as per your request.


How do I return or replace a product?
Just mail us on custcare@autopartsa2z.com with the product image & packing image and we will take care of the rest.


You can return a product to autopartsa2z.com if:

  • 1) Faulty/defective product
  • 2) Physically damaged product
  • 3) The product is different from description on the website

Damage can be entertained only if reported within 8 hrs from the receipt of the delivery. Subject to final approval/verification by principal seller
